Registration procedure

1. To register, you must first log in or create a scienceconf account.

2. Once your account is created, you can register in the "my registration" page or by clicking on this button:

3. If you are requesting an oral or poster presentation, go to the "Abstract Submission" page or by clicking on this button:

4. Finally, your registration will only be complete once you have paid your registration fee. For this you will have three payment options to the SCF: check, bank transfer or purchase order. The details for each type of payment will be reminded to you on your connected space/my registration or in the email that you will receive when your registration will be validated and the payment requested, see also at the bottom of this page for the SCF details.

Important dealines

November 4^th 2024: registration and abstract submissions open

April 14^th 2025: end of abstract submission

April 16^th 2025: notifications of acceptance for oral and poster communications

April 30^th 2025 : end of registration

May 16^th 2025: payment closes

Registration fees

Registration fees are all taxes included and correspond also to fees without taxes as VAT is zero because the financial management is done through the French Chemical Society (SCF).

Cancellations will only be considered for compelling reasons and upon presentation of supporting documents.
