General information

Each participant can submit only one abstract: either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

Guidelines for communications

Posters: A0 vertical format only (height × width : 118.9 cm × 84.1 cm)

Oral presentations: in English, 15 min presentation + 5 min questions

November 4^th 2024: registration and abstract submissions open

March 15^th 2025: abstract submission closes

March 31^st 2025: notifications of acceptance for oral and poster communications
